With two studios - one in the UK and the other in France - I use the environment to inform my practice. I use paint to create not only abstract visual images, but moods and emotions as well. Painting allows me to express my joy in the world and capture the energy that all living things possess. I love to have visually interesting things around me - taking them from reality to a new perception is not only very satisfying, but also fun.
