I am an intuitive painter who paints quickly and impulsively as ideas form within my mind. My current work is focused on animals. I strive to capture the essence of each animal that I paint, creating movement and energy with quick brushstrokes and mark making. I am fascinated by the power of colour, from how it affects our feelings and emotions, to how colour works together beautifully in life and art. My trademark colour is turquoise and in all my paintings you will find this beautiful colour, which reminds me of the stunning turquoise sea and how good that makes you feel.

I am very excited to exhibiting in the Kingsbury Barn Open Studio in St Albans alongside other artists, and I hope to be able to paint whilst I am there during the weekends of 19th-21st and 26th-28th.
