Barbara Burrows at Kingsbury Artists (Group 2)
I use both oils and acrylics to create colourful new versions of old family photographs and special moments. I paint vibrant landscapes of places visited-particularly Dorset, Devon and the Peak District and local scenes. These semi abstract paintings are created using sketches, photographs, memory and imagined colours. I also enjoy painting and drawing portraits and working from life- occasionally transforming these into silk paintings.
