81 Suzi Clark Artist

Heartburn Cancer Expressionist Artwork

For the first time, Suzi is opening her quirky small studio space to visitors. Her Civil War cottage is a local landmark in Park Street village so this is an opportunity to have a look inside this rare home, hear some of its Herts. history, and find out about Suzi’s own late-life journey back to painting. As well as art, Suzi is a local writer, singer and humorous public speaker at community groups and schools. Her approach to making art is relaxed and encouraging, she’s happy to share where her work has been unsuccessful as well as successful. She’s a member of a local art group in Bricket Wood, and has online lessons from a professional artist in Spain. She works in acrylics and wax, on paper and canvas. Her work is currently on display at Bar Meze in St Albans and will also be exhibited at Burston’s Summer Exhibition again this year. Subjects include Middle Eastern character portraits, Buddha reflections, local scenes and both abstract and expressionist works of art. Her work is priced very reasonably to encourage purchase which will make room in her studio for new artworks. Even if you only buy a card or two, it all helps fund her irrepressible painting habit and she will be delighted to welcome you and your friends to her fascinating home. Numbers will be limited in order to offer the most comfortable experience to all visitors, so call to check. Payment by cash, cheque or Bank Transfer, please.
