Jenny Thompson at Art At Oddy
I am a self taught artist , inspired by the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline near to where I was born & the lovely Chiltern countryside where I now live. I love to paint wild, stormy seascapes, atmospheric skies & evocative landscapes, but I also enjoy creating colourful abstracts, often colour mixing on the canvas & seeing where the painting takes me! I paint mainly in acrylics, inks & alcohol inks but also enjoy working with other mediums. I feel that you never stop learning with painting! I am a member of the Beechwood Art Society, VIG & HVA & exhibit regularly with these groups.
