Lynne Bruges

Having studied at the Ealing College of Art Lynne now works from her cabin studio in the middle of an orchard in the Chilterns. She draws inspiration from everything around her – the trees – the garden – the people – the surrounding hills – occasional visits to the coast.

She’s looking forward to this open studio opportunity to share her paintings. These works offer insight into both process and practice. Visitors are invited to not only view the paintings but to engage in conversation – about technique, inspiration and the role of landscape in contemporary painting. This setting fosters a personal and direct way to connect artist, artwork and audience.
