Having taught textile classes to adults for many years I turned my focus to designing my own fabrics and when my classes all stopped due to the pandemic I began making handmade items predominantly books and journals and more recently lampshades. I enjoy making truly individual pieces using my own hand printed fabrics. I use a number of techniques; ecoprinting, screen printing and cyanotype being the processes I currently enjoy the most.
