I'm a jewellery designer, maker and tutor, specialising in sterling silver. I make bangles, necklaces, earrings and rings - each piece is hand crafted and has its own unique story. I love to travel and much of my work has been inspired by things I have seen and experienced while exploring the world.
I employ a number of different techniques when designing and making jewellery. I use texture from objects like lace and leaves, and cast from found objects such as shells, coffee beans and acorns. Casting is a great way of recycling all my scrap silver and creating something completely new with it. Wax carving is one of favourite techniques - it’s perfect for creating organic and very detailed forms.
