Celebrate, Share and Explore Hertfordshire’s arts, culture and heritage

Also known as HYOC2020, Hertfordshire Year of Culture 2020 is a year to showcase Hertfordshire as a county of creative and cultural opportunity.

Sign up to exhibit at Art in the Nave 2020

The summer art show and sale 2020 will focus a bright spotlight on the visual arts when it opens at the beautiful, historic Church of St Mary in  Hemel Hempstead Old Town on Friday 5th June 2020. 

The three-day festival, from 4th 7pm to 9.30pm (preview) and 5th-7th June, (11am-5pm.) represents a major event in the arts calendar with an Exhibition and Sale of works by over 40 artists

Open Door Christmas Exhibition

We invite artists of all creative 2D and 3D media, including textiles, ceramics, glass, natural plant material, jewellery, installations, music, writing and poetry to explore this theme. Video and film are also welcomed, subject to a discussion about technical requirements.


All work is to be offered for sale, unless otherwise agreed.
