Teresa's watercolours, hand printed linocuts and photographs are inspired by nature, travel and the quirkiness of everyday life. Her favourite subjects include landscapes, seascapes, flowers and wildlife – especially when they offer the chance to explore new ideas and experiment with new techniques, such as using salt in a painting.
She enjoys the unpredictability of watercolour, and challenges herself by limiting her palette to just a few colours. With linocut, Teresa aims to portray the essence of the subject, whether in colour or black and white. Behind the camera she likes to point and shoot and see what happens.
Teresa shows her work at local exhibitions and also publishes a regular art and photography blog.
