Matthew Lloyd-Winder Born London 1959. is an accomplished professional stained glass artist, and the inventor of Winderlite architectural art glass.
Winderlite is contemporary stained glass created using a series of techniques that allows matthew to produce unique illuminated artworks in toughened double glazed sealed units that can be used within window and doors as well as hung on the wall as spectacular colour changing statement pieces.
Matthew is renowned for harnessing glass colour light and texture to create beautiful artworks that enhance not just the building but also the hearts and minds of the voyeur.

Matthew Established Stained Glass Studio in 1979 at the age of 19 and it is now a way of life.
The South Mimms based studio is currently a team of four people,
Specialising in the design fabrication and installation of traditional stained and leaded glass.

Contemporary stained glass including Winderlite.
Clients include Homeowners, Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Churches, Synagogues, and places of worship.
Matthew is a member of the British Society of Master Glass Painters and accepts commissions.
