I graduated with a BA(Hons) in Fine Art from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield in 2016.
My work is abstract and has a graphic quality, containing elements of natural and geometric forms. I am drawn to pattern, grid formations, texture, line and colour. I do simple printmaking without a press, using shaped and sculpted cardboard. I have recently started using the drypoint printmaking process - I like its linear qualities.
I construct structures out of blockprinted recycled cardboard tubes, and am currently learning how to make a similar structure in metal. I am doing a series of line drawings using coloured marker pens - these developed from a mixed media work of a window, using pen, paint, and thread.
