Collective at the Museum | St Albans Museum & Gallery | October 2021
I have two pieces on display at the top of the beautiful staircase in St Albans Museum and Gallery for the month of October
City Summer Scapes Public Art Installation | October / November 2021
This exhibition has been extended and moved down into Verulamium Park around the Fighting Cocks pub area of the Park
I have a range of differing styles and subjects but my work mainly focusses on narrative scenic paintings. I like to look at each of my pieces as telling its own short story and am fascinated to hear what story the viewer comes up with for each of them.
Alongside these pieces I also enjoy creating ink drawings focussing on the 1920s & 30s Art Deco era; mainly the architecture and jazz age gals of the time.
I am a self-professed 'vintage soul' and I like to portray a sense of timelessness in my pictures and I take inspiration from bygone eras and many of my favourite artists.
