DCPG (Dacorum & Chiltern Potters Guild Charity Number 1161265) is a local volunteer-led organisation dedicated to the education and practice of ceramics. Based in Beds,Bucks and Herts, we host community clay events and activities, as well as offer many benefits for members such as outdoor firings, expert demonstrations, exhibitions and coffee mornings.

Monthly demonstrations by top ceramic professionals. Held from October to May at the Kings Langley Methodist Church Hall (WD4 8BR). Meetings are free for members and £5 for non-members
An annual Potters Open Day (POD) event: a full day of lectures, demonstrations and conversations with world leading potters
Exhibition: Our annual members’ exhibition is held in September – a showcase at Kingsbury Barn (AL3 4SE)
Firings: Access to wood, raku, soda and other alternative firings – managed by membership subgroup at COAM
Membership: Open to everyone interested in clay, offering benefits like equipment loans, access to a specialist library and supplier discounts. Our membership year begins on 1st October
Public Outreach: We regularly host family clay sessions at the COAM (Chiltern Open Air Museum) and arrange day long community builds, which coincide with local events such as the St Albans Festival.
