Artist living in Hertfordshire who was born by the Suffolk coast and continues to be inspired by its shoreline and vast open sky. A mixed-media artist who finds expression through painting, drawing, and photography. Her painting style is semi abstract, loose, expressive, and painterly with a primary focus on the harmonious palette and the exploration of colour. She describes her work as having a seasonal quality with familiar subjects providing the opportunity to explore and reflect on recurrent themes of connections, memory, separation, and loss. She works primarily in a little studio at the end of her garden in Watford, but also enjoys drawing outdoors, and especially by the coast.
