Hi!
I’m Faiza . I’m a self-taught visual artist based in Welwyn Garden City. My journey with art has been a deeply personal and transformative experience. Working primarily with oils, I have developed a passion for portraits art, where I find an endless well of inspiration in the intricacies of human emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. In my creative process, I am drawn to the subtle expressions and gestures that reveal the inner worlds of my subjects.
Recently, I have started painted en Plein air and have found endless joy and inspiration in beautiful British landscapes., be it nature or architecture. I love chasing lights and shadows and play with colour as interpretation on of what the eye see.
