With a background in textiles and experience as an art teacher, I have found a deep and personal connection through the process of eco printing. It is not just a medium for me — it is my passion and my therapy.
There is something amazing about working directly with nature – the act of mindfully arranging leaves and flowers on fabric or paper, considering the rhythm, balance, and natural dyes to use, is such a meditative process for me. Each print represents a connection to the natural world around me and there is always the element of surprise in the final result which is part of what makes it so joyful, alive and magical. People smile when they see my work and I am inspired by the idea that:
“seeing beauty in a flower could awaken humans, however briefly, to the beauty that is an essential part of their own innermost being.” (Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth).
I am committed to sourcing materials ethically and sustainably which is a work in progress and not always possible – I am always seeking ways to improve my methods in alignment with these values.

I have delivered eco printing workshops for both adults and children at the Muswell Hill Creatives Make and Mend Festival (Make and Mend Festival – MUSWELL HILL CREATIVES) and at the amazing social enterprise Our Yard (OurYard.org)
I am in the process of organising some for 2026 so watch this space!
I also have a stall at various craft fairs and markets throughout the year.
