I am an abstract artist from Hertfordshire, specialising in textured acrylic paintings usually on canvas or board. I tend to work quickly and spontaneously, playing with colour and texture and work extensively with palette knives…rarely a paint brush! ​

Beyond the canvas, I ‘ve always been involved in the arts in one way or another. Whether it be dancing, drumming in a band (badly!), running a musical theatre company or watching my son Alex (an actor) enjoy his career, the creative juices have always been flowing!

I am a resident artist at The Collective Art Gallery, St. Albans for 2025/26, and my painting ’Broken’ was recently featured in ‘House and Garden’ magazine. (April 2025).
