Discover the wonderful art of fabric sculpting and create yourself a characterful and colourful little gnome, which can be given a place in your home or garden.
You will first learn how to construct the base shape of your gnome. Then you will use fabric sculpting techniques, with a fabric hardener, a selection of fabrics and, of course, your imagination to bring your gnome to life.
Once dry, it is time to introduce the magic with coloured pigments applied using a dry brushing technique. Your little gnome will take two to three weeks to fully cure, but after this it will be weather resistant and can be given a home in your garden.
Your gnome will be approximately 20cm tall and mounted on a slate base.
No experience needed. All materials provided, just bring your imagination.
