Exhibition at Rhodes Complex 4 April - 2 May 2012
Work by four Mum's from in and around Furneux Pelham who love to paint and make, including HVA Member Paula Cherry , will be on show at The Rhodes Complex in Bishops Stortford.
HVA Members are invited to meet the artists at the Private View on the evening of Thursday 5th April 6-8pm, or on Saturday 14th April between 10-3pm.

CRITICAL DIALOGUE - Series 2

Time: Doors open 5.15pm, lecture starts at 5.30pm

‘Critical Dialogue’ is a lecture series designed to explore how contemporary art interacts with the social, political and philosophical dimensions of the contemporary world and where it intersects with other disciplines and discourses.

'Textile Arts' 17 January - 18 February 2012
Currently on show at The Upstairs Gallery in Berkhamsted is an exhibition of contemporary textiles from local artists both wall hung and 3D items.

Luton Hoo Walled Garden offer Artist Membership Cards
For the special price of £15, artists can purchase a membership card that allows them entrance to the Walled Garden between 11am and 4pm every Wednesday and Saturday for a year, as well as regular news on Walled Garden events and discounts on selected courses and events. Other times are possible by prior appointment.

Barnet General Hospital - June Faulkner & the Kings Fund
HVA member June Faulkner completed a project to create images and hangings for Barnet General Hospital. The project, led by the Kings Fund with the Department of Health, aimed to enhance the healing environment end of life programme.
