Come along for a 2-hour session where you will draw your favourite animals or motifs, enjoying the fun, therapeutic process of collaging them with various fabrics before finally finishing them off with the beautiful harmony of paint, creating a unique ‘Hide and seek’ piece of art.

This workshop will be run alongside the tutor's solo exhibition 'Hide & Seek in Dreamscape: an exhibition of art by Yoshie Allan,' which shares her playful imaginary world, cultivated since childhood and inspired by the shapes and creatures found in nature, including animals and motifs.

We recommend bringing an apron for this session, which involves acrylic paint and PVA glue.

About the Tutor:
Yoshie Allan is a local visual artist, known for creating uniquely beautiful artworks inspired by the contrast/shapes found in natural light and shadow. She has been joyfully working with fabrics and creating gorgeous artworks for exhibitions and collaborative projects since the beginning of her career as an illustrator and designer in Tokyo in 2006.
