My painting presents a deeply expressive and intuitive style, characterised by layered textures, vibrant colours and a profound connection to nature. The use of techniques such as washing and dripping and scraping add depth and movement, inviting the viewer into an immersive and contemplative experience. My subject matter often draws from natural elements: pond reflections, seasons, and botanical forms serving as metaphors for inner reflection and spiritual exploration. I hope my art invites viewers into a meditative space, encouraging a deeper appreciation for their own experience, faith, awe and wonder, and an appreciation of the beauty and complexity of the natural world and our place within it.
