I am a contemporary fused glass artist based in Harpenden. I specialises in bespoke glass panels, pictures and bowls. I am often inspired by nature and the world around me. I particularly enjoy experimenting with new techniques, lighting, colours and textures. My favourite aspect of working with glass is the amazing reflections and patterns you can achieve.

Painting in a loose, impressionistic, colourful style, Anne uses a mixture of paint, charcoal, pencil and collage to build up her layered paintings. Compositions come through experimentation, trying out shapes, lines and texture, to find a balance which also captures the sense of the subject.
Anne’s recent work is based on a local river which she’s been sketching and painting throughout the years, observing and responding to its various moods and seasonal changes. She’s interested in the water, it’s movement, the light and shadow reflecting on its surface, and on the vegetation which grow along its banks.

I joined a pottery class on a whim and found myself blown away by the wonderful world of clay. City and Guilds in ceramics, a B Tech and some time later, a workshop down the garden was heaven. I have long been an active member of the Dacorum and Chiltern Potters Guild but in recent years have not had time to pot. However a dabble in silver has grown to become my focus and second obsession and currently I am exploring a contemporary approach to filigree.
Su's artwork continues to focus on the fundamental themes of change and renewal, working with both the life figure and landscape, she aims to create dynamic visual statements through drawing and painting.
Witty, colourful sculptural papier-mâché originating from the Mexican alebrije tradition. Birds, dogs, mythical beasts, a turquoise coyote, an Elizabethan cat, anything you fancy! Abstract expression too, like Mood Overwhelmed and Sleeping Wing. These fantastic creations are crafted from simple newspaper and wire, flour-and-water, acrylic paint -- and imagination.
