Born in Malta and currently living in St Albans, Donna is a figurative artist working in oils, pastel, and charcoal, who is interested in exploring the human condition and in celebrating the beauty around us.
Donna studied Art at the Malta School of Arts and Art History at the University of Malta and trained at the Art Academy London and the London Fine Arts Studios. Exhibitions include the ‘New English Art Club Annual Exhibition’, and ‘Figurative Art Now’ at the Mall Galleries London, and a solo at the Abbey Theatre St Albans.
Donna paints mostly from life and is currently working on a series of landscapes of St Albans. She has also appeared on Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year and has been shortlisted for various awards.
She is excited to be exhibiting at the St Albans Museum & Gallery, where her original works, as well as limited edition prints, will be available to view and purchase. Visitors will also be able to view her studies and watch painting demonstrations.
