55d Ware The Woman Went at Ware Creatives

This piece which I have named 'Journey' is the first 100 x 100 painting I have created. I painted this piece which represents the many different paths I have taken through my life that have then ultimately led me to where I am now and have also impacted and moulded me to the woman I am now. The painting canvas is first coloured in gold which represents my beginning and the various colours chosen depict the achievements I have accomplished and the mistakes I have learned from. My journey continues.

Nazanin Parsakia is an abstract artist passionate about exploring the emotional depth of colour, texture. Her work is driven by a love of textured surfaces, fluid movement, and the luminous beauty of gold leaf. Through layering techniques, fluid art, and gilding, she creates artworks that are both tactile and ethereal, inviting viewers to experience each piece in their own personal way. The rich textures and delicate shine of gold leaf often serve as a focal point, contrasting with the flowing, organic forms that evoke a sense of calm and allowing the viewer to feel their own emotions.

Nature and everyday life in Ware are constant sources of inspiration, guiding Nazanin’s creative process and the feelings that she aims to convey. Each piece is a reflection of emotion, moment, and atmosphere — whether it’s the quiet stillness of the River Lea, the chaotic beauty of the rain or the soft glow of a sunset over Ware. The intention behind her art is to evoke feelings of happiness and positivity, encouraging viewers to pause, reflect, and connect.

The artists believes art has the power to transform spaces and uplift the mind. Her goal is to create works that resonate deeply with others, sparking a sense of happiness, mindfulness, and enlightenment. Every artwork is unique, offering a glimpse into a fleeting moment, yet leaving a lasting impression that invites wellbeing and connection.
