13q Meggie Nikolic at Kingsbury Artists
Meggie’s oil paintings portray how she sees the world around her. She is intrigued by light and particularly loves sky gazing. She often paints Hertfordshire landscapes due to their beautiful, vibrant colours, dynamic skies, fields of wild flowers, and rich woodlands. Each oil painting symbolises a special memory and thus has a personal meaning to her. Meggie mainly paints on box canvases (small and large), as well as on oil paper (mounted). Cards and coasters made from images of Meggie’s work will also be exhibited in the historic Kingsbury Barn in St Albans during the 1st and final weekends of Open Studios.
