Event branding is ready for you to use straight away, with more added in the run up to the event.

Here’s a little information about our support and live events.  This outline will be updated as the event progresses. Please check your email inboxes as details will be sent via the regular Big Art Fair Insider News emails that begin after pre-registration begins.

Zoom Support Calls

We recommend that BAF artists attend both support meetings because we will be covering different essential content in each one.

This is how we will deliver our 2 support sessions

  • Please join in, meet other artists and plan your Big Art Fair contribution
  • Details and joining links will be sent in the relevant preceding Insider News email newsletter
  • Please join with the largest device you have, in order of preference: desktop, laptop, tablet, phone
  • You must have a working internet connection to join the call
  • If you haven’t used Zoom before there will be plenty of help
  • These are for you to make the most of our Big Art Fair
  • These are also for you if you’re new to social media, video, live events, filming, virtual shows
  • These are also for you if you just want to brush up your skills/find out what’s going on/meet others
  • (our members are super helpful and friendly, so there’s plenty of support/new friends to be made).

Support Session 1 Wednesday 10th May 3pm:

  • Support for BAF registered members only
  • Zoom call, time and link will be confirmed in an Insider Newsletter
  • Content outline: what to expect from BAF, event timings and main happenings, getting ready, BAF flipbook and video, making the most of social media, website content, hashtags and more.

Support Session 2 Thursday 14th June 7pm:

  • Support for BAF registered members only
  • Zoom call, time and link will be confirmed in an Insider Newsletter
  • Content Outline: what to expect from BAF part 2: preparing, packaging, labelling and displaying your work, screens, tables, browsers, card baskets. Set-up, the Preview Night, Sponsors and visitors choice, take-down.

BAF setup

Screens, tables will be allocated on arrival for setup, with payment for extras by credit/debit card during setup.
