Following a degree in Constructed Textiles at Middlesex University I worked in Hong Kong as a knitwear and print designer. Upon return to England I worked in knitwear design before spending 18 years in Australia.
Commencing studies in Creative Arts at James Cook University (Queensland) led to realisation about my migration that brought about my return to England in 2015 where I completed my PhD 'Migrancy: a Journey of Yearning and a Quest for Home' in 2018.
I spend time in my studio making art through which I attempt to make sense of my place in the world.
