Anne is a contemporary, semi-abstract landscape painter.
Her work is an intuitive, loosely based response to the landscape around her. Subjects vary, but often it's a colour, a strong contrast or a linear quality that captures her interest. Observational sketches and photographs act as a reminder and prompt, but are left behind as the painting develops and pursues its own determination.

Anne's recent work has been based on her summer garden and local woodland and has seen her exploring a rich and varied colour palette in impressionistic images.

Anne has exhibited locally and in London and is a member of the Wynd Gallery in Letchworth.
