Registration: Registration opens 1st Dec as an expression of interest

  • When we know how many artists have expressed an interest, we will curate the exhibition in order to ensure there is a good range of creations on display.
  • Registration is a two step activity. Initially you need to register your interest through your account page. When we have receive all the Expression of Interest we will send successful Members an invitation email which will include the full registration process. Once this is completed and payment received, your place is guaranteed. 

 

Already a member? Log in to your account during the registration window. Big Makers Fair sign up and content upload will then be visible  to you from your Account home page. 

Not a member yet? Join Herts Visual Arts first, then log in/go to your Account home page to sign up for our Big Makers Fair.

To complete registration:

  • log in to your account during the (Step 2) registration window.
  • As you will have already registered your interest (Step 1 above), registration will be visible to you from your My Account home page

 

HVAF reserves the right to check and copy-edit your content. We appreciate your help in minimising the time we need to spend on this. HVAF also reserves the right to reject items that do not meet our community and/or event guidelines (see Terms and Conditions).

  • Your artwork must be your own, safe and suitable for a general audience, including children.
  • Please proof read your submission. Make sure spelling, grammar, punctuation and content are accurate and complete.

 

Herts Visual Arts is a not-for-profit membership organisation, using our income to deliver services and development opportunities for our artist-members. If you feel you would like to contribute more, our Donate button is one way to help us continue this work on behalf of our members.

What about publicity materials?

There will be online marketing materials available for you to promote the exhibition/your work.

Please use the Big Makers Fair logo and promotional content to confirm your participation (available to download at the bottom of this page). Please publicise it on your own social media, web sites or other promotional activities.

HVAF will promote the Big Makers Fair through Press Releases, our web site and social media.

Any work you sell must be safe and suitable for sale.

Supporting our community

Herts Visual Arts is run by and for volunteers. If you can help the BMF team before, during or after the event, please get in touch:  admin@hvaf.org.uk. There are many ways in which you can help, including: proof reading, sharing the event, helping in support sessions, encouraging members/new members and generally promoting the event before, during and after.
