The Lytton Players in Stevenage (Vardon Road) are keen to host a Music and Art event on the afternoon of Father’s Day 15th June, 2 – 6pm. This will be a ticketed event and they will have bands playing in the auditorium. We can have artists painting to the music or/and running demonstrations in their lounge/café and perhaps in the auditorium.
The day’s timings are:
· Set up will be at 12noon,
· Visitors arrive for 2pm,
· Afternoon tea in the lounge at around 4pm with home-made cakes, tea/coffee from the bar. Donations of cakes would be appreciated.
No charge, but possibly a small commission on any art sales.
