Sponsorship for the Big Art Fair 2018

Saturday July 14th and Sunday July 15th. Private View on Friday July 13th at 7:30pm.

Following on from the success of last year’s Art Fair during the Hitchin Festival, where members of HVAF (Herts Visual Arts Forum) sold almost £7500 of fabulous art, we are delighted to be back in Hitchin, again during the Festival.

This year we will be at a new building, Hitchin’s Town Hall, a big and bright venue which will hold more artists and more space!

The doors will open to this year’s Big Art Fair on 14th July for two days. Tea and coffee will be available at the Town Hall, and there will be a sales desk to handle art purchases and any queries you may have about our membership organisation.

At the private view, on the Friday night, specially invited guests will be able to meet the artists taking part and our sponsors and supporters will be able to enjoy a relaxed, cultural evening with a glass of wine.

Over the exhibition weekend, there will be opportunities to meet the artists, find out more about the county wide organisation promoting and supporting the arts in Hertfordshire, and attend our Private View (booking essential).

We hope you will join with us in celebrating exceptional art in Hertfordshire at our Big Art Fair.

We already have over 40 artists booked to exhibit their work over the weekend of 14th/15th July at the Town Hall in  Hitchin, as part of the Hitchin Festival. We will be producing a vibrant and exciting exhibition of local Herts based artists, and we are now looking at broadening the opportunity to companies who would like to be associated with us.

Included in your sponsorship are:

  • A link from your logo on our website home page
  • Attendance of the Private View on Friday evening on 13th July
  • Your own ‘Sponsors Favourite’ award which will include a printed certificate with your logo on to give to the winning artist
  • Mentions in our social media campaign in the run up to the event
  • PR activity before, during and after the event
  • Your logo in our event program.

 

And all of this for only £100

We are selecting just a few companies to join us in making this a hugely successful event.

If you decide to go ahead, all you need to do is send me a confirmation email and forward your logo for inclusion in the mix – a high resolution version for the print and a JPG or GIF for the website and social media. We also need your web address, your twitter/Facebook handles too would be useful, so we can include you in our social media activity.
