PRESENT ARTS 8th November - 23rd December
The Gallery Parndon Mill, Elizabeth Way, Harlow, CM20 2HP
Opening Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10-5 Sundays 2-4

The Gallery at Parndon Mill presents a series of exhibitions of fine art and crafts by skilled and distinguished artists.

During the Christmas period, the exhibition PRESENT ARTS maintains the same high standard, but the emphasis is on works of art which are affordable. The artists who have studios at the Mill are represented along with regular exhibitors of ceramics, glass, jewellery, paintings, sculpture and prints.

Every year new artists are introduced. This year subtle and intimate paintings by Jackie Chakravarti will be shown alongside a new series of prints by Anthony Cleyndert whose vibrant paintings were exhibited here in January. Barbara Weeks displays intricate textile panels inspired by the seashore and Haley Dix presents intriguing three dimensional wire drawings of birds. A specially constructed back lit area shows stained glass panels to advantage. These are by Carole Gray who is new to The Gallery and Marilyn Andreetti whose ceramics are already well known to regular visitors.

This year's PRESENT ARTS displays a collection of works of art and crafts which are a pleasure to look at, to possess or to give as very special presents.
