Earlybird discount on HVA renewal has been extended! It's now running until 10th April
New HVA Address
You may have spotted our new address. The vast majority of our newsletters, information, applications and payments are now by email and via the web site. This route makes everything quicker and easier for our volunteers, but we do still need a mailing address for the odd cheque or application form. If you need to send us something in the post, please remember to use this new address (letters sent to our old address will be sadly be returned to sender).
This is one of the real value benefits HVA membership brings, we publish on the 1st of each month, and distribute to over 300 members! Please feel free to send over details of any exhibitions/events/workshops for inclusion in the newsletter and publicity on our website. We are here to promote you!
Send over a JPEG image, and some text to firstname.lastname@example.org
Open Studios meet up dates
We are planning two sessions, and warmly invite members to come along and sign up for Open Studios. More information to follow, but pencil in your diaries 24th April 4.30-7pm and 26th April 5.30-8pm. We'll email again when we have the venue in place.
We urgently need Area Co-ordinators in the following areas – Watford, Barnet, St. Albans, Welwyn and Hatfield – and also Dacorum. Area Co-ordinators play an essential part in the success of Open Studios – supporting and assisting artists in their area, organising trail maps and ensuring good distribution of publicity leaflets as well as liaising with the project manager. As a thank you Area Co-ordinators receive free membership of HVA for the years they undertake the role.
