Established by graduates of the Royal College of Art in 1999, AccessArt is used by teachers, educators and facilitators across the UK to help inspire, enable and develop their teaching practice.

AccessArt ( is well known for innovative and inspiring online resources, and they are excited to be releasing their first ever online drawing course scheduled for May 2012.

The course will be delivered over 7 days - a module a day - designed to provide you with a framework and inspiration to help you develop your drawing skills. Each module will provide a focus for an exercise, and you will then be invited to upload your drawings to the site to benefit from friendly critical input via online comments. Once released the modules will remain online in a secure area for six weeks, allowing you plenty of time to revisit the exercises.

Although the course will start on a set date in May, there will be no scheduled online tutorial - allowing you to use the modules and make your drawings at a time convenient to you. Aimed at adults (and older teenagers), and suitable for beginners or more experienced artists.

The online drawing course will cost £15. As the learning is delivered remotely you will of course be responsible for drawing materials (a list of basic equipment will be provided prior to the course beginning).
