About the artist:
Eva Edery Glass Art is based in North West London. Launched in 2012, each piece of art is handmade by the self-taught artist. The artist’s vision is to become an innovator in the glass art field. Pieces have been exhibited at various galleries and exhibitions across the UK. You can view her glass wall art collections at www.evaedery.com and follow her on social media to keep up to date with latest news and collections (social links at end).
Edery believes that “There is an increasing trend of commissions and people buying glass art because they are looking for bold and unique statement pieces, which are engaging and provide a fresh and luminous touch. Our orders not only come from the UK, but are from the USA and continental Europe too. Now is the time to invest in glass wall art and get ahead of the upcoming trend.”
Edery has also been commissioned by a number of customers to provide art for their new-build properties. Glass wall art can be personalised and coordinated with the property's various colours and themes, Edery said “Glass wall art comes in so many forms, what we can do with it is amazing! Each piece is unique and can be customised to suit the home. A new residential property in North London had a very grey-neutral palette and the glass piece was appropriately matched to this. The art is also great at producing its own reflections, so it means the piece can be enjoyed differently from various angles.”
