Below are all the forms and guidelines for HVAF Members participating in Open Studios this year. Payment options include:
PayPal facility at http://www.hvaf.org.uk/membership/payment
You do not need a PayPal account to do this. If you make payment by this method please add the unique PayPal Receipt ID to the top of your OS Application Form and use the same e-mail address as is on your OS Application Form.
