Voluntary Sponsorship & Funding Coordinators - vacancies

The funding group comprises the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and other members, with the task of raising funds for the Forum.

The Coordinator’s role will involve:

• Building on our existing relationships with galleries, suppliers and venues who have currently offered Herts Open Studios brochure advertising.
• Approaching new contacts, from existing lists, for either Commercial Sponsorship or brochure advertising.
• We are keen to set up mutually beneficial sponsorship partnerships, and are happy to consider the specific requirements of potential sponsors on a case by case basis.
• Contacts will be by telephone and face-to-face. We are therefore seeking self starters, probably from a sales or tele-sales background, who will report to the Project Manager on this project.
• Volunteers should have a car; mileage expenses, and telephone expenses will be paid.
• There is an incentive scheme.
