Looking for a space to exhibit?
Submissions are now open for the Space2 gallery, Watford Museum 2018. 
Located just down from the high street station, Watford Museum is housed in the old Benskins Manor and has a dedicated public art gallery. A space inside the old building has been updated, with help from the Friends of Watford Museum, to a light, modern space to act as a gallery. 

We are looking for 5 artists to exhibit over 2018.

A Winter's Tale
22nd November - 6th January
The Upstairs Gallery would like to invite artists across the creative disciplines to explore the theme ‘A Winter’s Tale’ We are looking for contemporary and innovative interpretations of the theme, for wall-hung - painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, textiles, photography as well as 3D work. We are also looking for exhibitors for our display cabinets and shelves, suitable for smaller work, e.g.  jewellery, ceramics etc. 

Calling All Artists – an opportunity to exhibit with the Harpenden Arts Club

The exhibition runs from 9th November (Private View Party) to 12th November and is held in the Southdown Hall in the Harpenden Public Halls. If you would like to join the Harpenden Arts Club and exhibit your work with them, the deadline for submission of exhibition entry forms is 21 October 2017.

 

Last year, 55 artists showcased their work in the annual art exhibition and 50 artworks were sold along with hundreds of artists’ greetings cards! A strong committee is working tirelessly to coordinate and publicise this year’s Harpenden Arts Club Exhibition, which promises to be equally as exciting and successful as last year, if not better!

Call for Artists - Hospice of St Francis

Art at the Heart 2017 is an event to raise the profile of The Hospice of St Francis at Berkhamsted, and, in particular, The Spring Centre, a large modern space that is set in the Hospice's beautiful grounds.

Art at the Heart welcomes exhibits from artists for the exhibition taking place in the Spring Centre from 17 to 19 November 2017. Please find the attached Registration Form and Artists Guidelines.

Opportunity from Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking for more art for our buildings. Please find attached new art application form with autumn 2017 closing dates. We particularly want to receive applications from:
- children and young people
- people that haven’t applied before
- people that may have applied before but have no or few pieces in our art collection
