'Grantchester', 7-9 March 2014

Local artists Glynnis Bainbridge, Jane Davalle, Anne Houghton, Jan Reichmann and Dede Rose, who make up the group ‘Ladies Wot Lunch’ will be holding their third exhibition, ‘Grantchester’ in the EJD Studio at Gravelly Barn, Gravelly Lane, Braughing, SG11 2RD, Open  daily from 10am to 4pm.  Tea, coffee and cakes will be available, with all proceeds going to The Samaritans.

Having previously held two exhibitions at the Courtyard Gallery in Hertford, the group is delighted to be holding this exhibition in the EJD Studio, recently built at Gravelly Barn in memory of Joan Davalle.

The artists’ inspiration for the varied paintings, photos and installations on display at the exhibition is the result of a field trip to Grantchester after the group read Rupert Brooke’s evocative poem ‘The Old Vicarage, Grantchester’.

The group looks forward to welcoming all its old friends and extends a warm invitation to those who love contemporary art and who have yet to discover Gravelly Barn.

Free parking, and disabled access to the Studio.
