I have always been creative, but had no confidence or direction until I discovered decorative art about 5 years ago. I am largely self-taught and love to explore new ideas and techniques, particularly in mixed media. My workshops cover basic techniques based on decorative art & crafts, such as decoupage, strokework, faux finishes etc. I love showing people how to create stunning effects from simple techniques. My workshops are small, fun and informal in a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation and creativity. I use only Jo Sonja acrylic paints and mediums for their versatility, quality pigments and lightfast ability. I also run a teaching programme on behalf of Chroma (who produce JS products) to support, encourage and inspire teachers in the art and craft world.
