You begin with just paper, card, glue, needle and thread and finish with a beautiful book carefully crafted. Then fill it with sketches, ideas, thoughts and memories. Blank books can become whatever you want. A starting point.
This book is just slightly smaller than A5 and is covered in a paper I call Thai Stripes. The inside is 130gsm white paper and is ideal for a journal, diary, musings and more.
This is a small 160mm square Leporello concertina folding book covered in English hand marbled paper.
This book shows another example where I have used upcycled old maps for endpapers inside and a Japanese paper for the covers.
