Julie Cooper

My paintings come from the rural landscape around where I live and work in north east Hertfordshire, from an internal emotional dialogue and, more recently, from working as 'artist in residence' at a livery stables.
My paintings have been exhibited across the UK in both solo and group shows. I also belong to and exhibit with other graduate artists from the University of Hertfordshire, formerly St Albans School of Art, in a group called ArtWorks. I have paintings in galleries in Holt, Norfolk and Saffron Walden, Essex and in private collections in the UK, Germany, France and Australia.
