I am a painter. My working process starts with drawing from life. Then, by using a variety of media and working away from the original object, the images evolve into something more ambiguous and unexpected. Glazing is used extensively in order to deliver depth and intensity to the final work.

Ultimately, I am interested in composition, tones and colours.
